Studio KINAESTHESIS is operating since 2007 and has earned the respect and trust of its customers thanks to the excellent quality of teaching, positive energy and professionalism of the instructors as well as its relaxed atmosphere.
Our studio is located where Neo Psychico meets K. Chalandri at Apostolopoulou 73 street. It is spacious, bright
and clean, fully equipped with equipment by Gratz, Pilates Design by Basil and Pilates Scandinavia, companies who
serve the classical Pilates and continue to respect the original designs as were made by Mr. Pilates
himself..
Parking is easy to find in the area.
You can either choose a private session or a group class of 4 persons on towers, reformers and apparatus. The Gyrotonic sessions are exclusively private on the Pulley Tower and the Leg Extension. All classes last 50-55 minutes. The cost for the group classes is 150 euros and covers 8 sessions in one month.
Wednesdays and Fridays 7-8 pm there are Barre classes (up to 6 pers.). Their cost is 100 euros per month. The studio is open Monday to Friday from 9 am to 9 pm.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you need to cancel a session, you must do so at least 24 hours in advance, otherwise you will be held responsible for paying the full fee for the missed session.
Having done so, you can make up for the class you missed as long as there is a free space in another group.
Letting us know in time is important for us to notify someone else who would like to replace a lost session. Please remember, that "someone" could be you!
